Planning
The planning of an event includes the following:

We give you recommendations of different vendors (florists, photographers, videographers, etc.)
to make the event complete.

We accompany you to the different vendors to establish if the vendors meet your
requirements. The vendors do not necessarily have to be from our recommendations.

Once you have chosen the vendors that meet your requirements, we will assist you in deciding
what goes best with your theme or your taste.

We keep in touch with the selected vendors until the day of the event and coordinate
with them during the event.

Coordination
The coordination of an event includes the following:

We go to your rehearsal and make sure that everyone knows what he or she is
doing and that everything runs smoothly (if applicable).

The day before the event we will call all the places in which you have contracts with to
make sure that they know the basics: what time to set-up, what time to pick-up,
and if they have any other questions.

The day of the event we make any decisions necessary according to the weather, etc.

We go to where the ceremony is taking place and make sure that everyone is sure
of what they have to do.  We also place the boutonnieres on the entire court and show the
bridesmaids and flower girls how to hold their bouquets or baskets (if applicable).

When the bride is ready to walk down the aisle we fix her train,
close the doors behind her if applicable, and wait until she reaches the altar (if applicable).

As soon as the bride reaches the altar we leave to where the reception is taking
place and make sure that everything is on time (if applicable).

At the event, we take the guests' gifts and direct them in the right direction.
If they have any questions, we will assist them.

When the bride arrives at the reception we will pick up her train (if applicable).

After everyone is seated we take the moneybox from the gift table and
place it on the head table.

During the event we make sure that the clients, as well as their families, are not
bothered and that all questions be directed towards us.  We will
answer them professionally and accordingly.

We make sure that the clients have the time to enjoy their event and are not
always taken aside by the individuals, such as the photographer.

We also let the disc jockey know when he is to play or if it is time for the orquestra
(if applicable).

We will take care of informing the disc jockey and/or orquestra when it is time to
cut the cake and throw the garter/bouquet.

One very important item that we make sure of is that after the
toast and the cutting of the cake, the knives and glasses are put away.

We make sure that everything runs the way you, the client, wants it and in an orderly fashion.
